ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

  • Age Requirement. A child is to classified as

      • Nursery – Must be 3 years of age on or before July of the upcoming school year
      • Kinder 1 – Must be 4 years of age on or before July of the upcoming school year.
      • Kinder 2 – Must be 5 years of age on or before July of the current school year.
  • A photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

  • Progress report card if there is a prior schooling

  • 1 pc. of a 2×2 ID picture

  • 3 pcs. of 1×1 ID picture

  • Interview with the parent/guardian

Incoming Grade 1 pupils

      • Report card or Certificatoin that the child has finished kindergarten

      • Must be 6 years of age on or before July of the current school year

      • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

      • Must have passed the entrance evaluation and interview

      • Accomplished learning contract to identified pupils

      • 1 pc. 2×2 and 3 pcs. 1×1 ID picture


 

Old Pupils

      • Form 138

      • Student Number/ Pupil ID number

      • Accomplished Learning Contract for identified students/pupils

      • 1pc. 2×2 and 3pcs. 1×1 ID picture


 

Transferees

    • Must have passed the assessment and interveiw.

    • Original copy of report card

    • Certificate of good moral character/honorable dismissal

    • To be placed under probationary status for one school year

Incoming Grade Seven

      • Original Form 138-E (from school last attended) and Form 137-E (permanent record)

      • Certificate of Good Moral Character

      • She/He must undergo the assessment test and interview


 

Old Students

      • Submit form 138 (Report Card)

      • Submit ID number

      • Parent/Guardian of students on probationary status will undergo conference with the admission commitee

      • If a summer graduate, present the Summer Card


 

Transferees

    • He/She will be placed on probationary status

    • She/He must undergo the assessment test and interview

  • ESC Certificate to those who are ESC recipients from private schools.

  • QVR to those who are non-ESC recipients from the private school but has qualified to the voucher program.

  • STEM Requirement

    • Grades in Math and in Science must be at least 85%

  • Entrance Scholarship – Extended to all who graduated
  • VALEDICTORIAN (100%) and SALUTATORIAN (50%) tuition fee discount during freshman year in college provided that such student/s graduated from an elementary or seondary school with at least 50 members in the graduating class
  • Academic Scholarship – A student who carries a regular load and earns a grade point average of 92% and above with no grade lower than 88% shall be considered a full academic scholar and be granted a full tuition fee discount. Another privilege is the partial scholarship where a student with a regular load and has a grade point average of 90-91.99% with no grade lower than 85% per subeject shall be granted a half tuition fee discount
