UCC-Alumni Building Project Up Ahead

              School Physical and Facilities Development  should be given priority attention because it promotes Christian educational quality and excellence and global learning. Thus, President Geoffrey S. Tilan of Union Christian College (UCC) jointly with Ms. Liza C. Estrella, President of the UCC Integrated Alumni Association (UCC-IAA) and the UCC Global Alumni Association (UCC-GAA) Board and Officers pushed for the start of Construction of the UCC 4-Storey Alumni Building Project.

This UCC-Alumni Building Project “will stand the test of our love and appreciation to the Mission and Vision of the College”, according to the UCC-GAA delegates when they approved this project during their UCC Global Alumni Reunions in West Covina, California USA in 2015 and on August 6-7, 2016 in Seattle Washington under the Presidency of Mary Ann Bautista-Casuga, BSN 1980 NC.

The ground-breaking was witnessed and attended by officials of Union Christian College and the Alumni Officers on July 08, 2019.
The picture shows the status of the UCC Alumni Building Project. The first floor of the four (4) Storey Building construction is in high gear (progress). It is expected to be finished at the end of 2020, subject to available funds from donors/sponsors.

                  The UCC Alumni Building Project started with Php 2 Million fund counterpart of the UCC and the UCC-IAA pursuant to their MOA approved by the BOT.

              Project Engineer Ressie A. Estrella reported that about Php 500,000.00 will be needed to finish all the foundation and cementing of the First Floor or Php 1.5 Million Pesos to finish the preparation of the  2nd  Floor of the Building. As planned, Php 6 Million Pesos or 30% of the total project cost will be needed to complete the First Phase of construction as soon as funds are available.
